Our Promise

At Rude Chef, we stand behind our products and want you to love them as much as we do. If you’re not happy with your purchase, let us know—we’ll do what we can to spice things up.

Eligibility for Returns

Here’s the deal:

  • Unused & Unopened Products: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your spice bombs arrive busted or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll fix it faster than you can say “bland food sucks.”

Non-Returnable Items

We can’t take back products that:

  • Have been opened or used (we’re not in the habit of rehoming used spice bombs).
  • Were purchased from third-party retailers. For those, please contact the store where you made the purchase.

How to Return Your Items

  • Contact Us First: Shoot us an email at hello@rudechef.co with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Ship It Back: Once we approve your return, we’ll give you the address to send it to. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective when it arrived.
  • Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Give it 5–7 business days to show up on your end.

Exchanges

Need a replacement instead of a refund? No problem. Follow the same steps above, and we’ll swap it out for you if it’s eligible.
